Axel Kruse | CEO

Prior to the foundation of NuMindz, Inc., Axel was the CEO of Arvato Digital Services North America, where he was responsible for over 4000 employees, 8 locations in 4 countries and an annual revenue of $500m . Among Axel’s previous engagements were serving as Director for Customer Service at Amazon.com as well as managing the global outsourcing value chain of Microsoft’s MSN Global Service Delivery. Axel started his international career as a consultant with Roland Berger, one of the world's leading strategy consultancies.

Axel holds a Master in Engineering Degree from the University of Braunschweig, Germany. He is fluent in German, English and Spanish.    

Alexander Roth | CMO

Prior to the foundation of NuMindz, Inc., Alexander founded Conventas, Inc., an independent strategic business process outsourcing (BPO) advisory firm, headquartered in the Philippines. Moreover, Alexander gained professional experience with Deutsche Bank AG, Volkswagen AG and at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (LINNCO Futures Group, Inc.).

Alexander holds a magna cum laude Master of Business Administration Degree from the Saarland University, Germany, and a magna cum laude German Law Degree from the University of Heidelberg, Germany.  

Robert Keskey | Board Member

Robert is the Business Unit CEO and EVP at Arvato Digital Services North America, where he was also the COO for several years. Robert has a huge depth of experience in logistics with over 20 years of professional experience in diverse positions. Among others, Robert spent 18 years with United Parcel Service in various Sr. Mgt functions and served as the Senior Vice President (Supply Chain) at Deluxe Media Services.

Robert holds an Engineering Degree from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
